James Murry was born in Tennessee about 1832 according to the 1870 Census. He was married to Director Brannon(possibly Brannam) She was born about 1833. I don't know that they were actually married John E Murry list them as parents on his Marriage License and Director Brannon was listed as widowed on the 1880. She also list her father as from VA and mother from TN.
